Andhra Pradesh CM performs yoga
New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday performed Yoga in Andhra Pradesh's Amaravati city on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
'Yoga and family system should be protected. Yoga acts as stress buster. Yoga leads to peace and happy life. Yoga controls both mind and body and helps for curing several health problems. He said yoga should become part of every one's life', said Chandrababu Naidu after performing the yoga asanas.
The Chief Minister said younger generations should practise yoga to get relief from present day challenges and stress. He said yoga is our hereditary wealth and several countries in the world started practicing yoga.
The Chief Minister advised younger generations to respect family system, which provides stress relief. He said priority should be given for human relations, which will provide great relief to everyone. He said moral values and yoga practice will lead to healthy life and healthy society.
Students and NCC cadets participated in the yoga day celebrations along with the Chief Minister and public representatives.
