NAAC team takes stock of work at IP University

An eight-member team of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) under the chairmanship of Prof. SP Thyagarajan is on a four- day visit to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for the reaccreditation of the university.
The university had been granted grade ‘A’ by the NAAC team during its last visit in 2008 when the varsity was functional from the Kashmere Gate campus.
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has world-class facilities on the Dwarka campus. It is therefore expecting better grade this time.
A special presentation was given by the university’s vice-chancellor Prof. DK Bandyopadhyay on the occasion focusing on the growth of the institution. Registrar Bhaskar P Joshi, all the deans and directors of the university were present on the occasion.
