Munde’s death case: Accused driver appears in court

A taxi driver who has been accused of rash and negligent driving which led to the death of then union minister Gopinath Munde in June last year, appeared in a court here on Wednesday. Accused Gurvinder Singh, 32, appeared before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjay Khanagwal following a summons issued against him by the court December 5 last year. The court posted the matter for April 8 for further hearing after the CBI supplied charge sheet and other documents to Singh.
