Mulayam tells SP workers to learn discipline from BJP

‘There are media reports about some party leaders creating ruckus and misusing the power. This will not be tolerated at any cost and if required these leaders and their supporters would be thrown out of the party,’ Yadav warned them.

He said BJP is more disciplined. ‘It is only due to their discipline that BJP retained power in three states which went to polls recently. The SP workers should learn this from BJP,’ he said.

‘Today  I read the news about the indiscipline in the party. Media never lie and now everyday I will read the newspapers to know about the act of my party leaders and their supporters,’ he said.

The statement of Yadav came during a function at the state party office on the occasion of the 111th birth anniversary of late prime minister Choudhury Charan Singh.

The reaction of Yadav came after a senior Samajwadi Party leader KP Yadav gave an application to the Jaunpur police for registering an FIR against UP minister Parasnath Yadav and his son Lucky for beating up their supporters.
