Motihari gang-rape: NCW shares report with PMO

The women body on Wednesday shared the report with the Prime Minister’s Office and also sought an appointment with Home Minister Rajnath Singh to discuss its concern about the Bihar police administration. 

While the NCW Chairperson did not divulge the details of the report, a source said it mentions that the alleged rape survivor had to undergo the two-finger test, which was banned by the Supreme Court in 2013. 

The report also questioned the role of doctors, alleging that they deliberately brush aside cases of rapes by meddling with test reports, the source claimed.
