More special trains to clear festival rush

Railways have decided to run a special train from the national capital to Kochuvelli in Kerala to clear extra rush of passengers during the ongoing festival season.

The Nizamuddin-Kochuvelli festival special train will leave Nizamuddin station here on 5 November at 9.35 pm and reach Kochuvelli at 8.30 pm the third day.

The train will comprise one AC II-Tier, two AC III-Tier, seven Sleeper Class, one Chair Car and nine General compartments.

It will stop at Mathura, Kota, Nagda, Ratlam, Dahod, Godhra, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagari, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Udipi, Mangalore Jn, Kasargod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, etc.
