‘Modi rule minimum governance, maximum event management’

Congress on Wednesday dubbed the Narendra Modi rule as ‘minimum governance, maximum event management’ in the wake of Supreme Court faulting the government on a variety of issues, including on black money. ‘This is the only government in independent India which excels only in event management and nothing else,’ party spokesperson Shobha Oza told reporters here. Noting that the only achievement of the government was its image as a ‘good event management company’, she said that it was pulled up by the apex court on various issues.
