Minor sisters gang raped by five in Ggn

The police have lodged an FIR against five accused after the preliminary investigations. The accused have been booked under 324 u/s 376 D, 342, 448, 452, 323 and 506 under Indian Penal Code (IPC) 4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

The accused, identified as Ramavtar, Ram Kishan, Mantosh and Ombir have been arrested. 

‘The girls in their statements have said that the son of the house owner accompanied by his friends entered forcibly into their room and started abusing them, and beat them up. 

Later they locked their parents, brother and his wife in the room and took the victim sisters away from there to another adjoining building,’ said the police.

Later the accused left the two sisters locked in the room and fled, said the police.

The police said that the family and the victim sisters remained locked whole night and early morning some other tenants known to them mobilised locals to open the rooms to free the two sisters and their family members.

The mother along with her son and daughter in law rushed to Bilaspur police station to lodge complaints. The victims were later taken to civil hospital where the rape was confirmed after examination.

The two sisters had come to Gurgaon recently to live with their parents and for some they had been teased regularly by the house owner’s son. 

The police also said that the brother of the two sisters complained to the house owner against his son and an altercation ensued following Saturday night. The accused will be produced to the court 

on Monday.
