Minor boy rapes 3-year-old girl in outer Delhi

A three-year-old minor girl was raped by her juvenile neighbour in Aman Vihar area in outer Delhi, police said on Monday. The accused was caught and sent to a correctional home. The 10-year-old boy raped the victim in her house when she was along watching TV on Monday afternoon, police said.
The delinquent boy was apprehended and after the victim’s medical report confirmed rape. He was sent to a juvenile home on Monday, police said. The matter came to light when the victim’s mother returned home and heard her cries. By the time she reached the scene of the crime, the juvenile had escaped. On the basis of the victim’s complaint a case was registered and the accused was arrested, they said.
