The accused has been identified as one Vimal Pandey, a native of Allahabad. He was arrested from Delhi on the wee hours of Friday. The police are conducting raids in Rajasthan and Haryana to nab his associates, of whom two have been identified as Deepak and Vishal, a senior official said.
