A man has been sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment by a Delhi court for murdering a person following a quarrel.
The court awarded the jail term to Kalu, a resident of Trilok Puri in East Delhi, for murdering Rishi Pal with a common intention along with two others, Ajeet and Ravi, who have already been convicted and are serving their sentence.
‘The evidence on record is sufficient to conclude that accused Kalu was in common intention with the two convicted accused in the offence of committing murder of the deceased.
He is accordingly convicted under section 302 (murder)/34 (common intention) of the IPC,’ Additional Sessions Judge Anuradha Shukla Bhardwaj said.
