Mamta Binani new ICSI President, Shyam Agrawal V-P

CS Mamta Binani has been elected as the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India wef from 19th  January, 2016.

She is a Commerce and a Law graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. 

She was an All India Topper in the Intermediate Examinations of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, amongst all the lady candidates in India and had ranked 14th on an All India Basis. In the Final Examinations, she stood all India first in the subject “Company Law”. She is practising as a Company Secretary for over 19 years now.

Binani is a facilitator for some very prestigious programmes conducted by the Professional Institutes of India. She is a regular and acclaimed speaker in the professional forums on subjects of academic interest including inter-personal & communication skills. 

Moreover, CS Shyam Agrawal has been elected as Vice- President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India also wef from 19th January, 2016. Shyam Agrawal is the Central Council Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, for the term 2015-2018. A  Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he obtained his Masters of Law (LLM) and PhD (Law) on the topic “Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises- An analytical study of Law, Practice and Procedure”.  He was the Chairman, Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICSI (2014). Shyam Agrawal is the Proprietor, Agrawal Shyam and Associates, Company Secretaries, Jaipur; Member, Rajasthan Tax Consultants' Associatio, Founder President, Lions Club Jaipur Professionals and Member, Institute of Directors, New Delhi, also associated with Federation of Rajasthan Trade & Industry (FRTI).
