London mayor above Cameron in influential people list

Mayor of London Boris Johnson has been named the most influential man in Britain, edging out Prince Charles and his two sons and even Prime Minister David Cameron.
Johnson, who won praises for his handling of the London Olympics, pipped many people in politics and showbusiness in a list published by GQ magazine, the Daily Mail reported. The list is heavily loaded by stars of the Olympics, with cyclists Bradley Wiggins and Chris Hoy at the 15th place, and runner Mo Farah at 34th following his two gold medals. Cameron, Chancellor George Osborne, Education Secretary Michael Gove and Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt were down in the list.The Prince of Wales was 12th and Prince William, the third-in-line to the throne, was on the 33rd place.
