Lalu Prasad’s fate hangs in balance

The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved its order on the petition of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad seeking change of the trial court judge in fodder scam case in Jharkhand. Yadav, who is facing charges in the case has pleaded that the judge was biased against him as he is a relative of a minister in the Nitish Kumar-led Bihar govt.
