State IAS cadre sees minor reshuffle

Kolkata: Rajesh Pandey, secretary of the Consumer Affairs department, has become the secretary of the MSME&T department, in a minor IAS reshuffle. Pandey, however, will hold the additional charge of the secretary of Consumer Affairs department.

Dibyendu Sarkar, secretary of the Panchayats and Rural Development department, has been transferred to the Self-Help Group and Self-Employment (SHG&SE) department as its secretary.

Lastly, Kaushik Saha, district magistrate, Cooch Behar, has become the Commissioner of the Panchayats and Rural Development department, while Pawan Kadyan, joint secretary of the Finance department, has become the new district magistrate of Cooch Behar.
