Sobhandeb's poetry book to be released today

Kolkata: Poet Joy Goswami and Bratya Basu, state IT minister, will release a poetry book by state Power minister Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay. The book will be released at a function at Press Club on July 11. 'Anubhab' contains 78 poems in Bengali, written by Chattopadhyay over the years.
He is known as a poet and a singer among his close friends. He started writing poems from his college and university days in the early 1970s. This will be his first book.
It may be mentioned that Chattopadhyay has sung a song and acted in Abar Basanta Bilap, a Bengali movie which will be released soon.
"Poetry has been my passion and I have been writing poems from my college days. I am a lover of nature and nature inspires me to write poetry."
