Debasish Banerjee, Managing Director – Distribution, CESC reminded the participants that it is not enough to be concerned about personal safety while working, safety for others, including the 32 lakh CESC consumers and
their families is equally important. Banerjee called upon everyone to work towards zero accident.
The Director General of West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services, Jagmohan, suggested people should first be conscious about their own safety, followed by safety for others — which would foster a safe environment.
