Since then the victim girl was getting sexually abused by Chakraborty.

On Monday night, when her parents came to know about the incident, immediately Bansdroni police station was informed.

Later, a complaint was lodged against Chakraborty and a case was initiated under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

Following that police raided Chakraborty's house and arrested him.

During the search, police officers recovered two bullets from his residence.

As Chakraborty's residence falls under jurisdiction of Netaji Nagar police station, another case was initiated under sections of Arms Act.
