According to police, on Friday night, the woman identified as Saneeshamol (23) was found unconscious at her home by some occupants of the quarter.

She was immediately rushed to a private hospital where doctors declared her brought dead.

After a preliminary medical examination, doctors said Saneeshamol might have been a drug addict.

Officers of Baguiati police station sent the body for an autopsy. On Sunday, the doctor, who conducted the autopsy, said traces of an unknown drug were found in Saneeshamol's body.

It is suspected that she might have died due to overdose of drug. But, some occupants of the staff quarter feel Saneeshamol committed suicide by consuming poison.
