Kolkata: The Minerva Natya Sanskriti Charcha Kendra is going to hold their 3rd national theatre seminar from September 26 at the Minerva Theatre Hall. On Wednesday, Information Technology minister Bratya Basu informed that the organisers have already received around 80 applications, requesting to allow them as delegates. During the 5 day seminar, a discussion will take place on 'Play to Production.'

Basu said on Wednesday: "many eminent theatre personalities will be addressing the seminar. Each day there will be two sessions. Interactive sessions will also be there for the audiences."

The minister also informed that apart from the eminent theatre personalities, veteran actor Seema Biswas will also take part as a panelist in the seminar. The seminar will provide an insight into the thinking and working process of some of the best directors of the era.

The entire journey of these directors will be presented before the delegates, thus providing them vivid knowledge of theatrical introspection.

She informed that only 200 delegates will be allowed as the hall cannot accommodate more than this number. Delegates from other states have also showed interest to participate in the seminar.
