Metro to partner with Ola

Ola in collaboration with Metro Railway will provide last mile connectivity to commuters.

The association will enable easy, convenient and affordable last mile connectivity for commuters through dedicated 'Ola Zones', at key Metro stations. The Metro stations which will have an 'Ola Zone' are Esplanade, Park Street, Rabindra Sadan, Kalighat, Rabindra Sarobar & Mahanayak Uttam Kumar. Going ahead, Kolkata Metro and Ola will further strengthen their partnership by adding the remaining 18 stations to the list.

In the 'Ola Zone', the designated cab and driver partners will be waiting. Moreover, Ola Kiosks stationed at these Metro stations will assist commuters with booking and other details, making their travel much more seamless and convenient.

In Kolkata too, we have integrated with the iconic yellow taxis to allow customers to book taxis from the Ola app. Metro Railway forms an integral part of Kolkata's mobility ecosystem and we are extremely honoured to partner with them and are confident that this association will help create and build last mile connectivity for lakhs of commuters who use the Metro services daily."
