Krishna is new HMC

In a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre in Bengal, officer of 2012 batch Bijin Krishna has been made the new commissioner of the Howrah Municipal Corporation (HMC). Krishna was the under secretary to the state government and he had been replaced by IAS officer of 2014 batch Dhaval Jain, who was posted as SDO of Mal in Jalpaiguri district. The new ADM Jhargram is Balasubramanian T, who was SDO of Jangipur.
