SBI felicitates farmers, SHGs

The regional office of State Bank of India through a programme felicitated farmers and Self Help Group (SHG) members at a function held recently in Dwijendra Mancha. Ujjal Biswas, state correctional home minister stressed on the need to apply modern science in agriculture. Bani Kumar Roy, Sabhadhipati, lauded the role of SBI in giving loans to the farmers. Meanwhile, Ranjana Bose, deputy general manager, local head office of SBI assured more loans for the farmers in future.
