In minor rejig, IPS officers reshuffled

In a minor reshuffle in the IPS cadre in Bengal, Vivek Sahay has been made the Additional Director General of Police (Traffic). Sahay, an IPS officer of 1988 batch, was in compulsory waiting and on Monday he was made Additional Director General of Police (Traffic).

The 1990 batch IPS officer Ranbir Kumar, who was the ADG and IGP of the Armed Police has been made ADG and IGP Telecommunication. Siddh Nath Gupta, ADG and IGP (Establishment) has been given the additional charge of ADG and IGP Operations.
