Denying which, the owner of the property and his father would be hacked to death in front of his house, threatened the men.
The property owner, Sanjit Dey, has sent a letter to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Nabanna, describing the whole incident.
The victim even sent a copy of his letter to Chief Minister's residence at Kalighat.
"Some local youth, Khokon Rajbanshi, Achin Sen and Tapan Paul beat me in front of my house a few days ago. They want me to sell my flat to a specific person. They would get money if this transaction happens," said Dey.
"Those men even threatened my ailing father. My whole family is scared now," Dey alleged.
Sanjit, however, reached Baguiati police station to lodge FIR against the strongmen. "Police did not take FIR against those people. They even did not read my compliant letter properly. A general dairy was filed later," Dey further alleged.
