ER to run EMU special to tackle T-20 rush

KOLKATA: For convenience of the viewers of T-20 International (Day/Night) cricket match between India and West Indies to be played at

Eden Gardens on November 4, Howrah Division of Eastern Railway will run one

EMU special train from Howrah to Burdwan via Dankuni on that day in UP direction only.

The special train will leave Howrah at 11.30 pm and reach Burdwan at 1.55 am. To clear the rush of passenger in the forthcoming Chhat Puja, Eastern Railway will

run one pair of special train between Howrah-Raxaul and Asansol.

03043 Howrah-Raxaul Special will leave Howrah on November 9 at 3 pm and reach Raxaul at 7.30 am on the next day.

03044 Raxaul-Asansol Special will leave Raxaul on November 10 at 08.30 am and reach Asansol at 6.15 pm on the same day.

The special train will have 23 coaches including Ac 2-Tier, Ac 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
