Conference to develop AYUSH held at Maulana Azad Centre
Kolkata: A unique conference was organised by the Independent research ethics society Kolkata at Maulana Azad Conference Centre to create a road map for development of AYUSH in the state.
The programme was organised in association with Vivekananda Vijnyana Mission (VVM), National Ayurveda Students And Youth Association (NASYA), Jignasa-Paschimbanga, Nationalist Doctors Association (NDA), Arogya Bharati, Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad (VAP), All Bengal AYUSH Doctor Association, Yoga And Naturopathy Awareness Association, AYUSH Prachar & Prasar Samiti, Ayurvedic Drug Manufacturer Association of India, National Pharmaceutical Consultancy Services, the AYURVEDA Clinic and Research Centre.
There was a proposal to form a joint forum named as "AYUSH SAMRIDDHI". Emphasize was given on the importance of united positive efforts at social level, to develop quality of life in
AYUSH sector.
Dr G P Sarkar, Chairman - Allen Group, Shri Tapas Sarkar -President, Arogya Bharati, WB, Dr RD Dubey , President NDA, Shri M K Sreeprasad, Org. secy, VVM, Dr Sumit Sur,President NASYA-WB, Kvj. Suryaprakash Sharma, President ,VAP-WB, blessed the conference by their motivational speeches.
It may be mentioned that Bengal has made a significant improvement in the Ayush sector. A great of works were done for the enhancement of infrastructure.
