Chinese Consul General gives away prizes to winners of Knowledge Test

Kolkata: Consul General of People's Republic of China Ma Zhanwu gave away the prizes to winners of Knowledge Test at a function in the city on Friday. The Knowledge Test, a unique platform of quiz program on China-India friendship and 19th National Congress was held on November 27. It was an online test where many people from Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand took part. The prize-giving ceremony was organised by the Consulate General of People's Republic of China in Kolkata. Ashwani Diwan and Debayan Pal got the first prize. Cai Zhifeng, Deputy Consul General of China gave away the second prize to the winners — Nishant Bhaskaran, Binoy Dhar, Sujit Kumar Mitra, Tapas Kumar Bagchi, Ishita Ghosh, Surav Saraf and Bidesh Sardar. Indian Chinese singer Chen Yongkhang from Tangra sang a Chinese song as well and a Rabindra Sangeet. Indian classical dances, Bharatnatyam and Kuchipudi were performed by Anuradha Roy, principal of Hamsavahini Kalalayam and her troupe.
