Kapil Mishra wears black band to protest BJP-PDP tie

Delhi Cabinet minister Kapil Mishra expressed his anguish and anger over the unholy alliance between the BJP and PDP in Jammu and Kashmir and sported a black band to protest the same.

Mishra alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah are waging war on their own countrymen while never keeping their promises of keeping our countrymen safe.

“The Narendra Modi-led BJP government doesn’t blink an eyelid when it wants to call any student of our country anti-national. They instantaneously tag those who don’t say ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ as anti-national. They also tag anyone listening to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan or Ghulam Ali as anti-national. Anyone who disagrees with the BJP will receive a certificate of being an anti-national,” said Mishra.

“However, when it comes to politics, they easily forget Shyama Prasad Mukherjee’s vision of ‘One Nation, One Flag’ in Kashmir’s context. They easily formed a compromised coalition with Mehbooba Mufti and PDP, who claims that Afzal Guru was a martyr. They find friends not in our countrymen, traders, youth or the honest common man but instead in Nawaz Sharif and ISI, to whom they extend their hospitality, security and biryani,” added Mishra.
