Jhabua blast: Accused Rajendra Kaswa ‘arrested’ in Maharashtra

Four days after the blast ripped through a restaurant in Petlawad town of Jhabua district killing at least 100, police have arrested prime accused Rajendra <g data-gr-id="32" style="color: #3b3b3b; font-size: 11px;">Kaswa</g> in Maharashtra, sources said.
After detaining wife Pramila, son Shubham and Daughter Sonia from <g data-gr-id="36">Manpur</g> near Indore on Tuesday night, a team had left for Maharashtra to nab <g data-gr-id="37">Kaswa</g>. His brothers Phoolchand and Narendra too were detained.
However, cops are neither accepting nor denying <g data-gr-id="26">Kaswa’s</g> arrest. He was booked by police under sections of Explosives Act and IPC section 304.
Police are likely to show <g data-gr-id="28">Kaswa’s</g> arrest in a couple of days, said sources. Meanwhile, police have arrested Dharmendra Rathore who provided explosives to <g data-gr-id="29">Kaswa</g>.
Rathore was arrested from Badnawar of Dhar district. He possessed <g data-gr-id="33">licence</g> for storing explosives and had a <g data-gr-id="39">godown</g> in village Choti <g data-gr-id="38">Rahendi</g>.
On last Saturday, a massive explosion had claimed at least 100 lives including women and children in Petlawad. A three-storey residential-commercial complex had turned into a graveyard after the explosion.
