Jaypee Infratech Q4 net down to Rs 349 cr

Jaypee Infratech, a subsidiary of the Jaypee Group, on Thursday reported nearly 11 per cent dip in the net profit to Rs 349 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2012.
The infrastructure company had posted a net profit of Rs 392 crore for the January-March period of 2011. The income from operations of the company for the quarter, however, went up to Rs 920 crore, over Rs 902 crore for the same period in FY 2011-12.
For the fiscal year 2011-12, the net profit of the company came down to Rs 1,289 crore from Rs 1,435 crore in 201-11. Jaypee Infratech also said its Yamuna Expressway Project is near completion.
