Janata Parivar merger not to destabilise Modi govt: Gowda

Former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) supremo H D Deve Gowda on Thursday said the merger of Janata Parivar parties is not to destabilise the Narendra Modi government but to highlight its "failures" to fulfil election promises.
