Senior leader of the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) and former Finance Minister of Delhi, Prof Jagdish Mukhi issued a legal notice on Saturday to Arvind Kejriwal, convener of the Aam Aadmi Party. He alleged that Kejriwal was using Mukhi’s photographs on the back of auto-rickshaws and in a video uploaded on YouTube without permission. Mukhi asked Kejriwal to withdraw such posters immediately.
The BJP leader said that legal proceedings will be initiated against the AAP chief if the disputed posters were not withdrawn at the earliest.
He also said the Chief Ministerial candidate of BJP in Delhi is yet to be decided, and it would be done by the national leadership of the party. He added that Kejriwal had no right to express his opinion in this regard.
