Jagan’s judicial custody extended till 20 March

The special CBI court here on Wednesday extended the judicial custody of Kadapa MP and YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy till 20 March in the disproportionate assets case against him.

Jagan, former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Rao, industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, senior bureaucrat KV Brahmananda Reddy (all accused in Vanpic aspect of the Jagan assets case) and other accused, lodged in Chanchalguda Central Prison, were produced before the court through video-conference.

CBI lawyer earlier completed arguments on framing of charges in one of the chargesheets; defence would argue on 20 March.
