ISIS video shows 4-yr-old UK boy blowing car with prisoners

ISIS has released a new graphic video purportedly showing a four-year-old British boy blowing up a car and killing three people, accused of spying in Syria for the West. The boy has spent almost all his life in the clutches of ISIS after his mother Grace Dare, who was born in London, converted to Islam and fled to Syria in 2012 and married Swedish extremist fighter Abu Bakr, who is believed to have been killed since. The boy, identified as Isa Dare by his grandfather Henry Dare, had also appeared in another propaganda video by ISIS a month ago.
