Is Sukhdev Namdhari’s complaint fabricated?

The First Information Report (FIR) made by Sukhdev Namdhari, chairman of Uttarakhand minority commission, regarding the bloody shoot out incident, given the evidences now, sounds suspicious. Namdhari is one of the eye-witness and alleged victim of Hardeep’s firing that took place on Saturday in Chhatarpur of south Delhi.
According to the complaint given by Namdhari, at 12 noon, he along with Ponty Chadha reached 42 Central Drive in DLF, Chhatarpur, in Ponty’s Land Cruiser. However, Vivek Gogia, joint commissioner of police (south-west) said, after receiving a PCR call by some unknown person at 11.50 am, a PCR van reached the farm house but the cops did not found anyone on the main gate. Although, the cops have questioned the security guard of the farmhouse at gate no. 3, but found nothing suspicious.
Sources said, ‘If the complaint registered by Namdhari is to be believed, then at 12 am Ponty, Namdhari and the PSOs must have been there outside the farmhouse gate. But when the cops visited the spot, they did not find anybody outside.’
Sources in the police also points out that there was no need for Namdhari to have come out of the car after Hardeep Singh fired at Ponty. Logically, if someone was shooting at someone, the instinct is to hide.
Namdhari also said that the PSOs of Hardeep were also open ing fire, but he did not mention that at whom the PSOs were firing at. If Hardeep’s PSOs were firing at Ponty then why Delhi police has not yet arrested them? PSOs cannot kill any one or support their owner in any criminal activity.
When asked about the possibility of Namdhari being involved in the incident, Gogia would only admit that the police is yet to ascertain facts. ‘We are considering Namdhari’s complaint as information of the incident. The facts are yet to be verified.’
A senior police official who is investigating the matter said, ‘We are questioning Namdhari as well, as his statements are contradictory from the statements recorded from Hardeep’s aide.’ He added that on Tuesday, another official statement of Namdhari was also recorded.
