Infosys completes Noah acquisition

Infosys on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of US-based oil and gas consulting firm Noah Consulting. Last month, the firm had announced acquisition of Noah Consulting for $ 70 mn (about Rs 453.5 cr) in an all-cash deal. “Infosys has completed the acquisition of Noah Consulting, a provider of advanced information management consulting services for the oil and gas industry. The acquisition is in accordance with the terms,” it said in a statement.
