Indian Oil’s SERVO mart begins in Bhubaneswar

P K Das, general manager, Odisha state office, IndianOil Corporation Limited inaugurated the first SERVO Mart in Odisha at IndianOil’s retail outlet near Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar on 25 January.
SERVO Mart is a unique concept developed by IndianOil to promote sales of their super brand lubricating oil – SERVO from their selected retail outlets. The mart will have a separate lubricating oil counter from where the customers would be properly guided by a trained canvasser to the best suitable lubricant/greases for their vehicle at a competitive rate. As an additional benefit, the customer will get instant oil change free of cost through an oil-change machine operated by a trained mechanic, which leaves no residue of the spent lube in the engine thereby enhancing the life and performance of the new lube resulting in superior engine performance of the vehicle.
On the inaugural day itself, 43 customers got their Oil changed at the Retail Outlet. They were immensely happy with the concept and expressed their appreciation towards the efforts of Indian Oil, the Lube distributor and the RO dealer.
