What is the teaching philosophy that is followed in your institute?
Our emphasis is on innovative learning, which we achieve through a unique, value-based teaching style. It encompasses conceptual inputs as well as a hands-on approach to business issues. This approach is complemented by industry and social interventions that enrich students and shape them into ideal citizens. At IMS Ghaziabad management education is about not only shaping business leaders of the future, but also contributing to the task of nation building.
While choosing a B-School what things should be kept in mind by the student?
The first and foremost thing the student should look for is a B-schools’ capability to help the student become an entrepreneur if he or she is interested. We need to inculcate the concept of ‘angel investors’ who help budding entrepreneurs with great and innovative ideas grow by financing their start-up.
What is the right time to get an MBA degree?
Ideally an individual should go for an MBA degree after two or three years of work experience. A working individual has a hands-on knowledge of the working of an organisation and hence is better prepared for the MBA degree.

Its PGDM programme have been given the equivalence of an MBA by the AICTE and granted certification by the National Board of Accreditation. The IMS library has a collection of over 26, 000 books relating to management, IT and allied subjects. The library has a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources, which Include books, journals, databases CDs/Dvds, e-journals, reports and much more.
