IGNOU to host talk on food security

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is organising a public lecture on ‘Food Security in an era of Climate Change’. The lecture will be delivered by the father of green revolution in India, M S Swaminathan on 18 March. M M Pallam Raju, human resources development minister, will release the book Evergreen Revolution in Agriculture: Pathway to a Green Economy authored by P C Kesavan and M S Swaminathan.
