IAS, IAF officers transferred by Delhi govt

Delhi government has transferred two more IAS officers along with an IAF officer.
In an order issued on Thursday by the department of services, Kunal, an 2005 batch IAS officer has been transferred from member in Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) has been repatriated and posted as Deputy Commissioner (DC) in East Delhi district.
He will replace Devesh Singh who was holding additional charge of East Delhi DC. The government has also appointed Pankaj Asthana an IFS officer of 1988 batch as member, administration in DUSIB at the place of Kunal.
On Wednesday, the government transferred Rinku Dugga, an IAS officer of 1994 batch, from the post of secretary Art, Culture and Languages holding additional charge of secretary (tourism) to member in DUSIB.
Besides, two senior DANICS officers have also been transferred.
Pramod Kumar has been transferred from Assistant Director (Vigilance) to VATO, Trade and Taxes.
Umesh Kumar Tyagi is now special commissioner (F&S).
