Actor Ian Somerhalder has fallen for his new rescue dog.
The 34-year-old, who recently split from actress Nina Dobrev, introduced his new love on Instagram Monday, reports people.com.
He also explained how she unexpectedly came into his life.
‘Rescued from traffic near the Vampire Diaries stages just a few hours ago,’ he posted with a picture of the dog, describing her as ‘smart, beautiful and charming- all a man could ask for in a girl.’
