Arunachal Pradesh Governor JP Rajkhowa on Monday refuted allegations that he used the Raj Bhawan as headquarters of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and stressed that he was working as per the Constitution. "I am a non-political person and never used Raj Bhawan as the office of political parties and have no inclination towards any political parties. I am working under the ambit of the Constitution," he told newsmen here. I am nobody's agent," he said when asked to comment on Congress's accusation against him that he was biased.
