HC seeks Centre’s reply on RPower’s plea in coal block case

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday sought the Centre’s response on a plea by Reliance Power and its subsidiary Sasan Power Ltd against the government’s decision to cancel allocation of a coal block in Madhya Pradesh for the company’s ultra mega power project there.
