HC directs CIC to appear on Oct 9 in Priyanka defamation case

The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Friday directed state Chief Information Commission (CIC) Bhim Sen to appear before it in the next hearing on October 9 in the defamation case filed by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra against CIC.
