Ruling Congress and main opposition INLD are using the aggressive advertisement campaign mode to fire barbs at each other in poll-bound Haryana.
Both the parties have been running an aggressive advertisement campaign using various forms of the media, including the regional TV channels.
Former chief minister Om Parkash Chautala-led INLD has been targeting the Congress over alleged Change of Land Use (CLU) scams, unemployment, corruption, law and order situation, lopsided development and other issues, with their advertisements, carrying the punchline slogan ‘10 Saalo se Golibaazo ki Gulabi Gang Sarkaar’.
The INLD has also been using the phrase ‘Gulabi Gang’ during its rallies and in other publicity material, in an apparent attack on the Hooda-led government, with the Chief Minister often preferring pink color for headgears.
The INLD, in its spoofs, has also hit out the Congress government’s ‘Haryana No 1’ slogan.
