Haryana forms special teams to handle power complaints

The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam would create 250 special  night duty teams to attend electricity complaints during the night hours. Haryana Power Minister, Capt. Ajay Singh Yadav said that each of the teams will be headed by a Junior Engineer or Foreman with supporting staff and facility of vehicle. Efforts were being made to attend power related complaints in rural area from 20 October onwards  in view of the festival season. It has been decided to earmark one sub station in each of the operation sub divisions where complaint registers will be available for registering complaints. The telephone numbers for lodging complaints would be publicised through local media.
