Haryana bags Krishi Karman Award in Wheat Category

Haryana has bagged the ‘Krishi Karman Award’ for best performing state in wheat category for the year 2011-12.  It is for the consecutive second year that Haryana has been chosen for this award.Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday received the ‘Krishi Karman Award’ for the state from President Pranab Mukherjee, at an award ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhawan. The award consists of `1 crore in cash alongwith a trophy and citation.
