Gym instructor shot dead by employer

A 22-year-old gym instructor was on Monday shot dead allegedly by his employer over a monetary dispute in Siyani Gate area here, police said. Khalid (22) was shot dead by gym owner Jitender Tyagi following a heated argument this afternoon, police said.
‘The argument turned ugly when Jitender whipped out a gun and opened fire on Khalid and fled away from the spot,’ a senior police officer said. mHearing gunshots, some locals rushed towards the gym where they found Khalid lying in a pool of blood. Khalid was taken to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, police said. ‘As per initial investigation, the murder seems to have been executed over some money dispute between the two.
However, we are investigating the case from all angles. ‘A police team has been formed to nab Jitender and he will be arrested soon,’ said Pramod Gautam, station officer, Siyani Gate police station. A case has been registered against Jitender at Siyani Gate police station, he said.
