Gurgaon woman booked for sending abusive SMSes

The 45-year-old woman, a resident of the posh Sushant Lok ‘C’ block near sector 46, has been booked under section 66 A of the Information Technology Act.
‘The woman allegedly sent abusive messages to the young woman,’ Gaurav Phogat, chief of Sushant Lok police station, said.
The accused woman alleged that the female assistant, a resident of Park Place, DLF phase 5, was luring her husband.
The accused started sending SMSes after her phone calls did not elicit a response. ‘We are investigating the case,’ Phogat said.
